§1 Scope of Application and Definition of Consumer
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.vintagegoat.shop .

(3) The presentation of the goods at https://www.vintagegoat.shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our shop, the following provisions shall apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Select the desired product(s).
2) Click "Add to Cart".
3) Review the items in your shopping cart.
4) Click "Go to Checkout".
5) Select the delivery country
6) Choose a delivery method (Shipping or Local Pickup).
7) Enter your shipping and billing address, including your email address.
Before submitting a binding order, the customer may review the entered information, correct any errors using the browser's back function, or cancel the order process at any time before completing the purchase. Acceptance of the customer's offer takes place by order confirmation via email.
(5) We store the contract details and send you an order confirmation, including your order information and these Terms & Conditions, by email. The current version of our Terms & Conditions is available at any time at https://www.vintagegoat.shop/terms-and-conditions/.
For security reasons, completed orders cannot be accessed through our website.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) All prices are stated in Euro (€). In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), VAT is not charged and therefore not shown separately.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
(3) Import duties, customs charges and local taxes outside Germany are the responsibility of the customer.
(4) The consumer has the option of payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
(5) For bank transfers, payment must be received within 7 days after the order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Vintage Goat reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods for individual orders.
§4 Products
Vintage Goat specializes in carefully curated vintage and mid-century design objects. Unless otherwise stated, all items are authentic vintage pieces and therefore show signs of age and use consistent with their history. Any significant imperfections or damages are described in the product listing and shown in the photographs. Due to differences in screen settings, slight variations in colour may occur. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
§5 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country. International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures that are outside our control.
(2) For orders paid by bank transfer, dispatch will take place after payment has been received. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the next business day following the conclusion of the contract. If the estimated delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch or delivery will take place on the next business day.
(3) For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding the transfer of risk shall apply.
§6 Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under applicable law shall apply.
§8 Intellectual Property
All photographs, texts and other content published on this website are the intellectual property of Vintage Goat unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction or commercial use requires the prior consent of Vintage Goat.
